Jesse is a graduate of Texas A&M University, earning a Bachelor of Science in Construction Science, Class of ’04, and an M.B.A. from Mays Business School, Class of ’07. As a certified Associate Constructor (A.I.C.) and LEED Accredited Professional, Jesse brings deep expertise and a values-driven approach to every project. He is driven by the opportunity to work alongside high-performance, high-character teams on projects that create lasting, positive impact.

Jesse is actively involved in the community, serving on the Baylor Scott & White College Station Development Advisory Board and Hospital Board of Directors, and previously contributing to the College Station ISD Long-Range Facilities Planning Committee and the Brazos Valley Food Bank Board. Outside of work, he enjoys CrossFit, mountaineering and backpacking, and spending time with his family.

Shea is a graduate of Texas A&M University, earning a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology, Class of ’14, and holds an OSHA 30 Certification. He has been with Caprock Construction since 2014. As Vice President and Safety Manager, Shea plays a critical role in overseeing operations and upholding Caprock’s core value of safety, ensuring projects are properly executed to the highest standards.

He is motivated by a desire to be a good neighbor and a help to those in need, guided by the Bible verse to “Do justice, seek mercy, and walk humbly with your God.” (Micah 6:8). Shea is involved in the local MMA community through Brazos Valley MMA, and outside of work he enjoys spending time with his family, being outdoors, and training on the jiu jitsu mats.

Jacob is a graduate of Texas A&M University, earning a Bachelor of Science in Construction Science with a minor in Business Administration, Class of ’23. He is driven by his work in healthcare construction, where he values the opportunity to support facilities that enable healthcare professionals to provide the highest level of care to their communities, Jacob takes pride in knowing the work he does in local healthcare facilities play a meaningful role in that mission.

In addition to his work in construction, Jacob is an active real estate broker and a member of the Bryan/College Station Realtor Association. Outside of work, he spends his time competing in CrossFit competitions and riding horses as an active member of the National Reining Horse Association, regularly competing at horse shows.

Noe has been with Caprock Construction since 2018, making him one of the company’s longest-tenured team members. As a Superintendent, he brings extensive hands-on experience to every project, holding certifications in heavy construction machinery as well as an OSHA 30 Certification. Noe takes great pride in his work and is motivated by seeing projects come together through teamwork and dedication, knowing his efforts help build something meaningful for the communities Caprock serves.

He is active in church groups within his community, and outside of work, Noe enjoys spending time with his family—hosting barbecues, fishing with his daughters, and visiting San Antonio whenever he can.
