Jesse is a graduate of Texas A&M University, earning a Bachelor of Science in Construction Science, Class of ’04, and an M.B.A. from Mays Business School, Class of ’07. As a certified Associate Constructor (A.I.C.) and LEED Accredited Professional, Jesse brings deep expertise and a values-driven approach to every project. He is driven by the opportunity to work alongside high-performance, high-character teams on projects that create lasting, positive impact.

Jesse is actively involved in the community, serving on the Baylor Scott & White College Station Development Advisory Board and Hospital Board of Directors, and previously contributing to the College Station ISD Long-Range Facilities Planning Committee and the Brazos Valley Food Bank Board. Outside of work, he enjoys CrossFit, mountaineering and backpacking, and spending time with his family.

Shea is a graduate of Texas A&M University, earning a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology, Class of ’14, and holds an OSHA 30 Certification. He has been with Caprock Construction since 2014. As Vice President and Safety Manager, Shea plays a critical role in overseeing operations and upholding Caprock’s core value of safety, ensuring projects are properly executed to the highest standards.

He is motivated by a desire to be a good neighbor and a help to those in need, guided by the Bible verse to “Do justice, seek mercy, and walk humbly with your God.” (Micah 6:8). Shea is involved in the local MMA community through Brazos Valley MMA, and outside of work he enjoys spending time with his family, being outdoors, and training on the jiu jitsu mats.

Jacob is a graduate of Texas A&M University, earning a Bachelor of Science in Construction Science with a minor in Business Administration, Class of ’23. He is driven by his work in healthcare construction, where he values the opportunity to support facilities that enable healthcare professionals to provide the highest level of care to their communities, Jacob takes pride in knowing the work he does in local healthcare facilities play a meaningful role in that mission.

In addition to his work in construction, Jacob is an active real estate broker and a member of the Bryan/College Station Realtor Association. Outside of work, he spends his time competing in CrossFit competitions and riding horses as an active member of the National Reining Horse Association, regularly competing at horse shows.

Noe has been with Caprock Construction since 2018, making him one of the company’s longest-tenured team members. As a Superintendent, he brings extensive hands-on experience to every project, holding certifications in heavy construction machinery as well as an OSHA 30 Certification. Noe takes great pride in his work and is motivated by seeing projects come together through teamwork and dedication, knowing his efforts help build something meaningful for the communities Caprock serves.

He is active in church groups within his community, and outside of work, Noe enjoys spending time with his family—hosting barbecues, fishing with his daughters, and visiting San Antonio whenever he can.

Cari is a graduate of Sam Houston State University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice, and she is continuing her education by pursuing a master’s degree in accounting. She brings a strong commitment to integrity, accuracy, and clear communication to her role, using construction accounting to support her team, projects, and leadership with clarity and accountability. Cari is motivated by knowing her team can rely on her and takes pride in providing dependable financial support that helps keep projects on track.

Outside of work, Cari is actively involved in her community through her children’s school PTO and by volunteering with local youth sports programs. In her free time, she enjoys refinishing furniture, fishing—especially trips to Rockport—and spending time shooting hoops with her kids.

Karan Shrestha is a Texas A&M University Class of ’26 graduate with a Master of Science in Construction Management and also holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from India. Originally from Nepal, Karan works as a Project Engineer at Caprock Construction, supporting municipal wastewater treatment construction. His background in civil engineering and construction management brings expertise in project planning and coordination, inspections, technical reviews, constructability, and collaborating with project teams to turn designs into successful real-world infrastructure. He strongly believes in taking ownership of his work and approaching every project with the same care and responsibility as if it were his own.

Outside of work, Karan enjoys playing chess and cricket, cooking, and staying involved in community service. During his time at Texas A&M, he served as Vice President of the Nepalese Student Association, where he participated in volunteer activities and helped organize and manage cultural, social, and community events.

Caleb is a 2026 graduate of Texas A&M University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Construction Science. During his time at Texas A&M, he competed on the ASC Commercial Construction Competition Team, gaining hands-on experience and developing a strong passion for the construction industry.

He enjoys being part of a team and takes pride in contributing to projects that make a lasting impact on the communities they serve.A lifelong resident of College Station, Caleb has always enjoyed being involved in the local community.

Outside of work, he enjoys golfing, fishing, and hunting. Most of all, he enjoys spending time with his wife and making the most of the outdoors and the area he has called home his entire life.
